Sustainability Scan
GreenBalance Group can do a quickscan to assess your current
sustainability policies. The Sustainability Scan is done using a
questionnaire for the CSR manager and/or executive board. Based on
this we make our report consisting of concrete recommendations.
Relevant issues include:
- What sustainability initiatives have already been taken?
- What is their level of ambition?
- What is their result? (In terms of cost and carbon reductions.)
- Who are the stakeholders?
- How are these initiatives embedded in the organisation?
In addition, we make a Carbon Footprint Calculation. This expresses the total energy consumption of your organisation in terms of carbon emissions, making it a quantitative benchmark for all future sustainability policies.
Implementation & Communication
As a next step, we advise your organisation on the implementation
of sustainability policies in the short term. Important aspects for
almost all organisations include:
